Technical Quality Liaison

As a Technical Quality Liaison at Ainstein, AI you’ll be responsible for pursuing and initiating dialogue with key customers to promote a successful long-term business relationship and ensure customer satisfaction by resolving technical issues, and quality concerns.

This position reports to: Director of Operations

Successful candidates will have the following experience:

  • Management of quality containment, sort, and rework
  • Above average understanding of how to collect and formalize data
  • Experience in measurement analysis, and root cause determination
  • Direct involvement facilitating cooperation between various departments
  • Strength in building professional relationships with customers
  • Evaluation and documentation of product performance
  • Successful involvement in communicating and supporting customer technical requirements
  • Experience processing RMA and Handling Inbound Inventory Management
  • A Bachelor’s degree nor above in Business, Communications or Engineering
