Senior Strategic Account Manager

As a Senior Strategic Account Manager, at Ainstein, AI you’ll be responsible for leading both pre- and post-sales efforts and developing customer-specific opportunities while building out our technical post-sales strategy and processes.

This position reports to: Director of Strategic Initiatives

Successful candidates will have the following experience:

  • Working in a cross-functional capacity supporting revenue growth and commercialization efforts.
  • Engage with new and current customers to discuss business strategy, identify partnership and revenue opportunities and to articulate the vision on technologies and solutions.
  • Demonstrable experience establishing new opportunities by aligning new solutions with customer needs.
  • Work with others to define the product positioning, value proposition, and key benefits to educate and engage customers while enabling others
  • Proven success managing and completing technical implementations while also balancing overarching account strategy.
  • Experience with product development and/or program management.
  • Technical project management and international business development would be a bonus
  • Minimum of a Bachelor’s in Business degree, Finance, Econ, Political Science, Engineering, Marketing, or Communications
  • 5+ years of experience in program, product, or business development.
