Senior Strategic Sales Account Manager – HYBRID

Ainstein AI is a rapidly expanding radar technology firm headquartered in Lawrence, Kansas. We make radar systems more intelligent, affordable, and deployable. Due to our continued success and expansion, we are seeking a Senior Strategic Sales Account Manager. As the Senior Strategic Sales Account Manager, you will report to the Director of Strategic Initiatives and you will work closely with customers, build relationships and help achieve client goals. This position is also responsible for maintaining relationships with current clients, as well as finding creative and impactful opportunities to expand Ainstein’s client database.

REQUIRED SKILLS, EDUCATION, AND EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelors in Business Administration, Business Management, Finance, Economics, Political Science, Engineering, Marketing, Communications, International Affairs or Public Relations
  • 7+ years’ experience in program, product, or business development
  • 2+ years’ experience in international business
  • Experience in managing multiple stakeholders and projects
  • Customer-centric and good listener
  • Excellent verbal and written communication in English
  • Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on company success
  • Critical thinker with problem-solving skills and initiative
  • Team player
  • Good time-management skills
  • Great interpersonal and communication skills
  • Experience in using CRM software for sales such as Hubspot

LOCATION

  • Hybrid role with 2 – 3 days onsite in office located in Lawrence, KS
